Strawberry Spinach Salad with Yogurt Poppy Seed Dressing Dressing

This salad from "Pillsbury: The Best of Classic Cookbooks" is so easy my husband made it, including the dressing.  If you want to wow your guests with something delicious and super-easy, this is the recipe.  He used a little romaine too, any nice sweet salad greens would do.
