Yes, that's the one. It's only about 15 miles from the Scottish border. The first large village/small town over the border is Gretna Green, where for years eloping young couples went to be married, without their parents permission (often the parent's were in hot pursuit, trying to stop the marriage).

ReplyDeleteOh, yes, the old tower is what we had in the small Minnesota town we grew up in. I know they are not as efficient but I still prefer them.
