I completely forgot the flour ...Oh, this was YUMMY! I completely forgot the flour and it turned out great anyway! I also used 3/4 C fat free 1/2 & 1/2, because that's what I had on hand, as well as some 50% reduced fat sharp cheddar (Cabot brand). This is one very versatile and forgiving dish! The thyme added SO MUCH--if you don't have fresh, use dried (1/3 tsp) because you don't want to miss out on that terrific flavor<br /><br />What's also nice is how FAST this mixes up!
