Sesame Crusted Cod

I had an orange left from the garnish from another recipe, I had garden green beans, and I had cod in the freezer.  This recipe from the   "Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book 15th Edition” used it all, and my husband loved it.   Pretty, healthy, delicious – what’s not to like!
Sesame Crusted Cod
  1        Pound  Cod Fillets -- 3/4 " thick
  3        Tablespoons  Butter -- melted
  2        Tablespoons  Sesame Seeds
  12      Ounces  Fresh Green Beans
1        Medium  Orange -- halved and sliced
3        Cloves  Garlic -- thinly sliced
Thaw fish, if frozen.  Rinse; pat dry.  Cut into four serving size pieces if necessary.  Place fish on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.  Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Preheat broiler.  Combine butter and sesame seeds.  Measure 1 tablespoon; set aside.  Brush fish with half of remaining mixture.  Broil 5-6 inches from heat 4 minutes; turn fish.  Brush with remaining mixture.  Broil 5-6 minutes more or until fish begins to flake when tested with fork.
Meanwhile, in covered very large skillet, cook beans and orange in reserved butter mixture over medium high heat for 2 minutes.  Add garlic; cook, uncovered, for 5-6 minutes more, stirring often.  Serve with fish.
