My brother-in-law, Don, brings us farm fresh eggs from his homestead near What Cheer, Iowa every other week. We love 'em - fresh with high, golden yolks. He made a delivery Easter Saturday - 9 dozen to share among our friends and family. This week we're sharing some of our favorite Spring egg recipes.
