Here’s another simple recipe for this busy time that has a
lot of benefits – it tastes great, it looks good, it’s very easy to make, and
it uses those pretty holiday grapes in a little different way. It can be a salad or dessert or both. I like it in glass dishes or piled in a footed compote for a buffet.
Grapes with Sour Cream and
Brown Sugar
1 Large
Bunch Seedless Grapes
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Wash grapes,
and remove from stems. Chill.
Whisk sour
cream in a small bowl. Place grapes in serving dishes. Spoon sour cream over
grapes, and sprinkle with brown sugar.
