The restored fire station museum in Pella, Iowa
The tower was used to hang canvas fire hoses to dry.  There is a small jail in the back corner of the first floor.

    My inlaws have been to Pella many, many times, but I have never seen it. I would love to see the tulip festival one day!

    Interesting. I often wanted to go to the tulip festival when I lived in MN. If I'm ever up that way & do so, I'll stop by this museum as well. Thanks!

      I can see you've been to Pella. However, sadly, Jaarsma isn't open on Sunday.
