Family Favorites... Savory Pork Roast

Our local store had pork roasts on sale today, so that is what I fixed for supper. The store cut it in half for me, so it was about 3 pounds but it took almost the same amount of time and seasoning. There was some left over so will fix hot pork sandwiches later this week. This is a nice cold weather meal and easy to fix.

This is a good recipe to use your home-dried sage.

  1. So simple, and looks so very good!

  2. We like it much better than pork loin roast and you are right in that it is so simple. Smells heavenly while it roasting.
