Lucky you with the Rhubarb. My wife loves it but it is seldom in the stores here and expensive. I remember in Ohio it was almost a weed and on every homestead. You could always get a start from somebody.
I have had this in a large tub for a couple of years and moved it this spring. We are all rhubarb eaters in this house, pie, sauce, you name it. And yes it is expensive to buy. Sometimes I see it in the farmers market and while I can remember when everyone had a patch sadly that no longer seems to be true.
