Use It Up...Meat In Soups, Casseroles and Stews

Every cook loves stews, soups and casseroles...they are a use-it-up dream.  I usually freeze leftover cooked meat in recipe-size portions, and use them later to add variety to our menus.  I also substitute canned beef or chicken or turkey for frozen cooked, for even faster meals.

    1. Now that sounds good, when we lived in Northern Minnesota Lyle and his dad hunted so I had deer meat to use. miss having it living down here.
