Happy Thanksgiving, Myrna and Sue! One of the things I am grateful for is your blog and the way you two share wonderful recipes and stories and are always willing to answer questions. If I could only choose just one cooking/recipe blog to follow, yours would be it!
Wishing you and your family and everyone else a Very Happy and Blessed ThanksGiving. For each new morning with its light, For rest and shelter of the night, For health and food, For love and friends, For everything Thy goodness sends. – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Happy Thanksgiving, Ladies!! We are going to my mother in law's house and having a very traditional meal--turkey, dressing, ham, cranberry sauce, potato salad, rolls, green beans, pecan, pumpkin & cherry pies. She makes the best dressing I have ever eaten!
To Mamma Pea, Colleen, Sue, and Mellissa Thanks for all the good wishes and nice words. We are stuffed with all the food, no ham but everything else except at our house it has to be mashed potatoes and turkey gravy. Pumpkin Pie for later when all the turkey has settled. Now I need a NAP!
Happy Thaksgiving ladies! We enjoyed chicken and homemade noodles...a tradition in my husband's family...and less work than a turkey. But family and friends are more of a pleasure than food.
