Sunday in Iowa...

The butterflies were enjoying the fall-blooming sedum in the garden bed; 

as the sedum blooms mature they'll turn a darker rose color.  Myrna's daughter Amy snapped this picture this week while visiting the Northern Mahaska Specialty Care Center in Oskaloosa, Iowa.  
This is the week that the Monarchs are migrating South through Iowa to Mexico
