These easy, delicious bars are similar to the 7-layer
Bar recipe most folks are familiar with, but they are not quite so
over-the-top. However, they are just
about as easy to make. Stir ‘em up,
press them into the pan, bake, eat. They
freeze well too. I used store-bought
graham cracker crumbs, so I didn’t even have to crumble the crackers – this recipe
is really no-fuss, perfect for picnics and barbeques.
No Fuss Bar Cookies
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs -- about 24 squares (6
ounces)
1 Cup Chocolate Chips -- 6 ounces
1 Cup Coconut -- flaked (4 1/2 ounces)
3/4
Cup Walnuts -- chopped (3 ounces)

Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
Preheat oven
to 350°. Combine crumbs, chips, coconut
and walnuts in medium bowl; toss to blend.
Add milk; mix until blended.
Spread
batter into greased 13 x 9" baking pan.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let pan stand on wire rack until completely
cooled. Cut into 2 1/4" squares.
