Happy Thanksgiving
Our rural ancestors, with little blest, Patient of labour when the end was rest, Indulged the day that housed their annual grain, With feasts, and off'rings, and a thankful strain. ~Alexander Pope We wish you the best of Thanksgiving days. Myrna and Sue
Happy Thanksgiving to you & yours as well! A glorious morning here in Northern Colorado. Beautiful sunrise to start the day. Wish I could attach a picture for you! Expected high today: 60º Enjoy your day! One of the things I'm thankful for: bloggers like you who share wonderful family stories, pictures & recipes!
Happy Thanksgiving to you Nadine, and all of our readers. Your weather sound GREAT! We have 7° here at 9:30 and snow on the ground. It is pretty out though if you don't have to drive somewhere.
Thanksgiving Blessings to you two dear cooking-from-scratch ladies! I so enjoy your posts.
Here in northern Minnesota we woke to -4.4° after listening to a howling wind all night. With these cold temps we need more than a dusting of snow on the ground for insulation. Just took the pumpkin pie out of the oven (dinner at 5 p.m. here) and the house smells heavenly.
