    Some of those buildings on your "Sunday" section are beautiful. Made the potato bread yesterday. Had to add quite a lot more water but got it right it the end. It is yummy!

      Thanks; although we know that England, like most of Europe, is like a picture postcard! We do like to share a little of why we like Iowa too.
      Glad you tried the recipe, sometimes flour or the atmosphere is a little more or less dry. Glad you are experienced enough to make the adjustment. Hope you'll try a few of our other bread recipes - as you can tell, I like to bake.
