What a great recipe, at a time of year when I am looking for something different for salad. But this is good enough to be a meal. I will make it next week to pack for lunch for my husband - he is going to love it! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYes, this is delicious as a main dish salad...with protein from both cheese and the beans. Add a muffin or something similar and you have en excellent lunch.
DeleteEnjoy!
Made this for Sunday dinner with the kids and we all enjoyed it-thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Lynn. Glad you tried it and used it for your blog too.
