This little steam shovel replica is on the grounds of "The Old Thresher's Reunion" in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
The festival there runs September 1-5 this year. About 50,000 people attend the event every year that features steam-powered and antique farm equipment, tractors, etc., along with country entertainers like Kellie Pickler and Tracy Lawrence this year.
