Sunday in Iowa...

Myrna's grandson Ryan took this photo along the Des Moines River.
It's been a cool week, below freezing Saturday morning; but it looks like beds of daylilies are coming along.

  1. Such a cool, rustic looking building, the barn quilt, along with the setting/landscape as well.

    Have a great day. Stay safe & stay healthy.
    Here in Texas it is to be in the upper 70's.

    1. Thanks Colleen, we have had some weather in the seventies but it sure doesn't want to stay around. However my Rhubarb loves it and I can't keep up with it. Happy Mothers Day to you and all our readers. Take care of yourselves.

    2. Oh Myrna don't mention Rhubarb. I love it, but can't grow it here in Texas but I sure did have a nice patch of it when we where living in Iowa.
      It gets too hot here and not cold enough in the winter to grow Rhubarb in Texas :{

    3. Sure wish you were close enough to share some with you. I can't keep up with it this year. I have had a bumper crop.

    1. Like you Minnesota people we are having a cool Spring. On and off it is warm and then cold. Peaceful scenes are what we all need these days. Happy Mother's Day.
