Buttermilk and sour cream are two products that I buy
specifically for a recipe or on sale and then have some left over. There are lots of ways to use them without
repeating yourself during the week. Of
course, salad dressings are an obvious choice, but they are excellent in
breads, desserts, cookies, pies, and sauces.
