Use It Up...Hard Cooked Eggs

If you have extra eggs, it’s easy to hard cook them and use them in salads, sandwiches and casseroles. 
They also make an excellent garnish.
Eggs generally cost much less than meat does per pound (a pound is about 2/3 of a dozen large-size eggs).  They are complete protein, and blend with many ingredients.  This week we’ll share some of our favorites recipes to use up delicious, nutritious hard cooked eggs, starting with these:
